Each day will involve physical practice, lecture, activities and meditation.
"Yoga has the potential to heal. Cuing and alignment is based on what is optimal for the individual instead of the broad spectrum of different bodies. Your body is unique, and the poses that work for your body are uniquely special. HEALing Yoga will help you listen to the cues of your own body in order to move into a place of healing."
Schedule: Friday 11am- Sunday 1pm.
Participants will receive certification for the training and 20hrs of continuing education credits.
